Mary
Elizabeth Raines, a certified hypnosis
instructor and adjunct faculty member with the National Guild of
Hypnotists, has been invited to return to the 2011 NGH Convention as
a faculty presenter for the twelfth consecutive year. She is the
director of Laughing Cherub Unlimited, Midwest Professional Hypnosis
Associates, and Faculty Instructor for the Academy for Professional
Hypnosis Training in Wisconsin, Los Angeles and Sedona.
Through the
Guild, Raines will offer a Certification
Course in Guided Imagery Techniques on
Monday, August 15, 2011 at the Summer Institute immediately
following the convention. This is a one-day course for registered
participants only. Upon successful completion, participants receive
certification as a Guided Imagery Specialist. Ms. Raines writes a
column on Guided Imagery for The Journal of Hypnotism, and has
taught this course for the past four years.
Ms. Raines
will also be offering a free seminar on Rehearsing Success and
a two-hour workshop on Treasure Chest of Hypnosis Suggestion Tools
at the convention on Saturday, August
13th. The beginning hypnotist as well as the seasoned professional
will receive valuable tools in these sessions.
