Mary
Elizabeth Raines, a certified hypnosis
instructor and adjunct faculty member with the National Guild of
Hypnotists, has been invited to return to the 2009 NGH Convention as
a faculty presenter for the tenth consecutive year. She is the
director of Laughing Cherub Unlimited, Midwest Professional Hypnosis
Associates, and Faculty Instructor for the Academy for Professional
Hypnosis Training in Hollywood, California.
Through
the Guild, Raines will offer a Certification
Course in Guided Imagery Techniques on
Monday & Tuesday, August 10 and 11, 2009, at the Summer
Institute immediately following the convention. This is a two-day
course for registered participants only. Upon successful completion,
participants receive certification as a Guided Imagery Specialist.
During
the conference, Raines will present two 1-hour seminars, one
entitled "Treasure Chest of Guided
Imagery Techniques," and
one entitled Telephone
Hypnosis. The beginning hypnotist as
well as the seasoned professional will receive valuable tools in this
important experiential workshop.
